No Return / Exchange for Installed or Used Materials

Once the material is cut, installed, fixed, used, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returns may be accepted only under the following valid conditions:

Wrong material supplied compared to order/invoice

Major visible damage at the time of delivery

Significant variation beyond industry-accepted tolerance (only if proven)

Minor natural variations in:

Color

Shade

Veins / Patterns

Texture

are normal in natural stone and are not treated as defects.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

Eligible return is approved by A ONE MARBLES

Material is returned in original condition

Product is unused and not damaged after delivery

Refund processing details:

Refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

Refund method will be the same as the original payment mode unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.

Once material is loaded / dispatched / shipped, order cannot be cancelled.

Any special/custom cut orders cannot be cancelled.
